SCIPN EVERGRAZE SUPPORT SITE MEETING

SCIPN Producer Notice of Meeting: Thursday March 25th EverGraze® Supporting Site planning meeting, Modewarre Landcare Centre The Surf Coast and Inland Plains Network has been offered an exciting opportunity to become involved in Evergraze. EverGraze®. is a Future Farm Industries CRC, Meat and Livestock Australia and Australian Wool Innovation research and delivery partnership. Funds have become available through Caring For Our Country to allow EverGraze Supporting Site groups to establish an Evergraze site and undertake training. The purpose of this meeting is to develop an interested group of producers who can drive the research direction of the Supporting Site and associated learning outcomes over the next three years. By the end of the night, we hope to have a training plan and a number of research questions that you wish to ask of the Supporting Site. The training plan can be quite broad as I know many of you have done quite a bit of formal training so now is your opportunity to think about the gaps in your farm businesses and how you want to improve them. Please RSVP by March 18th, 2010 and also inform your neighbours and other like minded producers (need at least 15 producers) about the project and this session.
